Refund policy

At VELUNE, we want you to love what you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@velune.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Sale items and personalised products are final sale and non-refundable. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
